Paul Edward Winkler, 70, of Barboursville, West Virginia, passed away at home on Thursday June 11, 2026. He was born on May 7, 1956, to the late Floyd Winkler and Frances Kipp Winkler. He is survived by his wife Sandra Winkler. A funeral service will be held at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio on Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM and visitation will be one hour prior from 12:00-1:00 PM.
