Peggy Sue Rigney 1961 - 2017
Peggy Sue Rigney, 56, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at home. She was born April 6, 1961 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Grover M. and Elizabeth J. Ford Gartin. She is survived by her husband, David M. Rigney; one daughter Jeannie (J.R.) Bevins of Proctorville, Ohio; one son David L. (Nikki) Rigney of South Point, Ohio; four grandchildren Emily Rigney, Joshua Rigney, J.D. “Peanut” Bevins and Madison Bevins; two sisters Connie Sue Staley of Cocoa Beach, Fla., and Sharon (Phillip) Thompson of Barboursville, WV; and two nieces Tammy Gartin and Gina Rayburn. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Eddie Salmons officiating.
