Penelope Jane Damron, 57, of Ironton, OH, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025, at Home. She was born on October 21, 1967, in Greenup, KY to the late Charlie Roberts and Martha Hall. She is survived by her husband Kevin Damron and children Julia and Tyler. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH are assisting the family with arrangements.
