Penny Sue Cochran's Obituary
Penny Sue Cochran, 64, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at CAMC Plateau Medical Center.
Penny was born October 9,1959, in Elanor, WV to the late Curtis and Doris Cochran. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law. She is survived by her three children, four sisters, one brother and her nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Penny's life will be held at a later date.
