Penny Renae White's Obituary
Penny Renae White, 47, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on September 23, 2025. Born on June 9, 1978, in Portsmouth, OH, she was the daughter of Irene “Penny” Cleavenger Viars and the late Clifford Earl Jenkins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy White. Penny loved her family, and she will be missed and loving remembered for her stubborn attitude and big heart. She is survived by her mother, Irene “Penny” Viars; children, Summer (Zach) Allen of Chesapeake, OH, Autumn (Zach) Adkins of Pedro, OH, and Chayton (Sydney) Adkins of Chesapeake, OH; granddaughter, Ryann Merritt; siblings, Clifford (Tammy) Jenkins, Kelly (William) Jenkins, Tammie Warboy, Angela Boggs, and Melissa Warboy; special nephews, Kyle (Shawna) Jenkins and Brandon Jenkins; special nieces, Gracelynn and Ava Jenkins; close friend, Garrett Adams, and several other special friends and family members. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH.
