Phillip Ray Boggs' Obituary
Phillip Ray Boggs, 70, of Barboursville, WV passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018. He was born April 10, 1948 in Huntington, WV son of the late Leeman and Lillie Lawson Boggs. He retired from Marathon and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was also an adamant YMCA member, loved birds, sitting on the porch watching the bird feeders, loved animals and loved to decorate for the holidays. He is survived by one son Wesley (Kayla) Boggs of Huntington, WV; two daughters Dana (Michael) Johnson of Florida and Meghan Boggs of Huntington, WV; their mother Colleen Boggs; seven grandchildren Delaney, Bodhi, Jordyn, Braylon, Lavar, Benji and Sophia; and one brother Jerry (Joyce) Boggs of South Point, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, October 29, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Rob Reed. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites.
