Phillip Joe Clark, 58, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Wednesday May 28, 2025 at home. He was born June 24, 1966 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his mother Elsie Marie Clark; sister Joyce Crace; and brother Robert Clark. He is survived by his wife Connie Ellis; two children, Phillip “P.J.” Clark, Jr. and Phylicia Perkey; one sister Kathern McComas; and three brothers Mark Clark, Terry Clark, and Randy Ferris.
