Phillip Lonzo Devaney Jr., 41, of Ceredo, WV, passed away on Tuesday August 16, 2022 at his residence. He was born November 24, 1980 in Ironton, OH to the late Phillip Lonzo and Robin Devaney. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Bob and Jeff Devaney. He is survived by his daughter Sydney Devaney; son August Smith; sister Amber Devaney; brother Greg Devaney along with several nieces & nephews. There will be no services.
