Phillip Michael Mann II, 55, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born on May 23, 1970, he was the son of Phillip Michael Man Sr. and the late Karen Smith Mann. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Green Mann, and his maternal grandmother, Eileen Smith. Phillip is survived by his father, Phillip Mann Sr.; children, Gary (Jessica Horan) Sharkey, Cody Mann, and Kearstan (Nathan Linville) Mann; siblings, Misty Mann-France; grandchildren, Amara Mann and Parker Linville; nephew, Mike France; niece, Madelynn France, and great-uncle, Timothy Mann. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH.
