Phyllis Sharon Keeney, 77, of Kitts Hill, OH, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. She was born on September 25, 1947, in Ashland, KY, to the late Jack and Clara Tipton Monte. She was also preceded in death by her husband Billy Keeney. She is survived by one sister Fran Baker of Proctorville, OH, and one brother Jim (Mary Ann) Monte of Ironton, OH. Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, April 25, 2025, at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH, with Pastor Mike Triplett officiating. Burial will follow the service in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at schneiderhallfuneralhome.com.
