Preston James Kerns, 54 of Chesapeake, OH passed away Monday March 26, 2018 at St. Marys Medical Center Huntington, WV. He is survived by his wife Tammie Haney Kerns. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, OH assisted the family with arrangements.
