Randall "Randy" Thompson, 54, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday September 17, 2024 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born on February 9, 1970, in Huntington, WV. Randall Scott Thompson was preceded in death by his father Ottie Everett Evans Jr, and one grandson Glenn "Spanky" Spurlock. Randy is survived by his loving wife of 18 years Katherine Thompson and also survived by his loving mother Judy Evans from Huntington WV, One Sister CeCe and Gary Davis from East Lynn WV, one Brother Harold Lee Thompson, Son Willie and Mary Brown from Huntington WV, daughter Melissa and Brett form Huntington WV and Nikki and Doug Joseph from Mason OH. 7 grandchildren Christina, Robert, Chad, Corey, Madyson, Jayden, and Cayden, 9 great grandchildren. A nephew Gary Lee Davis, Randy really loved fishing, singing, entertaining with Karaoke, loved gambling, shopping, hanging out with friends and family. He always had a passion for the flea market. He was liked and loved by all who knew him personally. He was always the jokester, picking and bothering the ones he loved. Anyone who knew Randy knew how much love and passion he had for his wife, family, and dear friends. You could say he was the class clown, who never met a stranger. He will be loved and miss by so many. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday September 24, 2024 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
