Randy Harmon, 63, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026. He was born November 11, 1962, in Point Pleasant, WV, to the late Eugene and Arthelia Miller Harmon. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather George Clark Sr.; two stepsisters Tammy Clark and Teresa Jeffers. He is survived by his brother George Clark Jr.; sister Angel Clark; stepsister Kimberly Clark; nephews Joseph Clark, Rylan Sheets, and Gracyn B; nieces Alivian Sheets and Weylynn Saunders. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at https://www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
