Randy E. VanHorn's Obituary
Randy E. VanHorn, 64, of Grayson, KY, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Kings Daughter Medical Center, Ashland, KY. He was born on October 19, 1960, in Springfield, OH. He was preceded in death by his father Ray VanHorn; mother Nellie Burchnell; and Pauline VanHorn who raised him. He was an employee at Smithfield Foods in Grayson, KY, for 17 years. He is survived by his daughter Kaleigh Childers; son Kollin (Allie) VanHorn; three brothers Allen (Donna) VanHorn, Gary (Angie) VanHorn, and Paul (Karen) VanHorn; one sister Linda Hollon; and several nieces and nephews. Private Family Services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
