Raymond E. "Ray" Cremeans' Obituary
Raymond E. “Ray” Cremeans, 58, passed away peacefully at home on July 14, 2025. He was born on March 26, 1967, in Huntington, WV, he was the son of the late Clifford and Gertrude Nicely Cremeans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Cecil, Rick, Walter, Jimbo, Clifford, Kenny, and Steve Cremeans and three sisters, Barb Chinn, Noami Cremeans, and Ann Allen. Ray is survived by his long-term partner, Teresa Norris; two daughters, Samantha (Albert) Napier and Kristina (Clay) Cremeans; nine grandchildren, Landon, Jaden, Cole, Abram, Baby Mary, Emilee, Avri, Maddi, Jordan, and Axel “Cheesy”; three sisters, Joan Smith, Becky Dean, and Kay Shepard; John (Brandy) Norris who was like a son, and several nieces and nephews. Ray loved his family, going to his grandchildren’s sporting events, riding his Harley, and working at HPHT. He was an amazing partner, dad, papaw, and a friend to many. The family would like to thank everyone for the comforting words and prayers, as well as a special thank you to Mike and Adam at HPHT. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 4:00 P.M.
