Becky was the first handful of people I met when I landed in Rick Hill, South Carolina from Hong Kong on 8281968, she had been a dearest friend ever since. I would like to share some personal moments with all of you. My Dad worried that I did not have Chinese food in America, so he sent a package of Chinese dried egg noodles the day I left, it came weeks later, what a wonderful surprise. I invited Liz & Becky to try them, they both loved it. So much so that I asked my Dad keep sending them. When a package of noodles arrived it was like Christmas in whatever month that was. One of my fondest memories was Liz, Becky, Vicki and me walking down the hall to the kitchen, Liz carried the pot, Becky had the soy sauce & I have the noodles. We had a wonderful mid-night snack together with stories and laughters. I am so grateful for our friendship and love together, I do missed her a lot. Becky we will meet up again one day, our fond memories live on ! Love and kisses Mary

I had the good fortune of working with Becky many years ago in the ILGWU. She was extremely patient and forgiving as an older and more experienced coworker and as a person. She set a great example for all of us, she was the best teacher, and she worked hard and from a place of justice and compassion. I gained much from knowing her and having her in my life. My heart is heavy after hearing that she has passed. I hope that her loved ones find comfort. She was a great light in an often dark world.
