With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Rebecca Winters Manns, who departed this life peacefully on June 4, 2025, at the age of 76. Rebecca loved the Lord and is praising His name. She is survived by her four children: Eddi (Jim) Evans, Terri (Brett) Gaeger, Cristi (Mark) Ramey, and Dale Manns. She was a proud grandmother to ten and a cherished great-grandmother to eleven. Rebecca is also survived by her sisters, Brenda Brammer and Sharon Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Constance Winters, whom she held dear in memory throughout her life. Rebecca was a woman of quiet strength, wisdom, and devotion. Her legacy lives on in the generations she helped shape through shared stories and the values she instilled. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by us every day. Though she may be gone from our sight, her love remains with us always. Until we meet again. We love you, Mom.
