Rebecca Ellen Stevens, 60, of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born March 21, 1958 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clifton, ll and her mother Virginia Isadora Tennessee Neal Martin. She is survived by one daughter Shannon Clifton of Huntington, WV and one son William Clifton, III of Huntington, WV; three grandchildren Joseph Timothy Raysaune Clifton, Zayden Michael Easten Clifton and William Clifton Stanley, IV; and numerous special family and friends. Private family services will be held. Flowers or memorial contributions may be sent to the funeral home. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
