Richard Wayne Allen, 62, of Scottown, OH , passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents Billy and Janet (Bates) Allen; one brother William Allen and one sister Sue Allen. Roger is survived by his wife Debbie Allen; daughter Misty Allen and son PV2 Richard Allen II. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
