Richard Eugene Bertrand, 67, of Pedro, OH. Passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at his residence. He was born July 7, 1955 in Fall River, Massachusetts to the late Joseph Raymond and Loraine (Carvallo) Bertrand. In addition to his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by his sisters, Jacquline Almeida and Donna Chasse; brother, Joseph Raymond Bertrand and grandmother, Deolinda Carvallo. He is survived by his soulmate and life long partner, Alice Muzaurieta; sons, Timothy Bertrand and Eric Bertrand; daughter, Tanisha Bertrand; step-children, David Chapman, Kim Brown, Carolann Webb, Gary Chapman; 15 step-grandchildren; 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
