Richard Lee Fulks' Obituary
Richard Lee Fulks, 76, December 21, 1937 – September 28, 2014, son of the late James Frederick Fulks and Margaret Virginia Phillips Fulks. He grew up in Huntington, WV and worked at ACF for many years. He was an official in the Golden Gloves Tournament for several years. He was married to Joanne Payton Fulks for 34 years. They had a very happy life and a wonderful marriage. They did a lot of traveling throughout their journey here on earth. Between them they had six children, two daughters were his, many grandchildren and lots of family and friends that loved them both. A joint memorial service has been planned for RICHARD LEE FULKS, 76, who died Sept.28, 2014, at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Fla., and his wife, JOANNE PAYTON FULKS, 79, who died Dec. 27, 2017, at Tidewell Hospice, Ellenton, Fla. The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
