Richard Lee Hughes, 76, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at home. Mr. Hughes was born February 28, 1944 in Huntington, a son of Virgil Lee Hughes and Evelyn Newman Hughes. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a brother; a sister; a daughter Tammy Adams; grandchildren Jessica Leep, Dakota Kay, Lorrie Wallace, Rachael Kay, and Jadence Adams; and great grandchildren, Major Wallace, Xander Leep, Keira Leep, Treelyn Wallace, Preston Kay, Boston Wallace and Dakota Kay, Jr. Private family services will be held at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
