Richard J. McMillian's Obituary
Richard "Beaver" McMillian, 61, South Point Ohio went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Wednesday October 12, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was born in Huntington WV son of the late Eleanor and Harry McMillian. He loved to spend time with his family and take country drives his favorite thing to do was working on old cars and he loved going out of his way to help people when he could. He is Survived by his six children Erica (Mike) Dray, Kristina Marcum, Jessica Ferguson, Brittany McMillian, Richard Mason McMillian, and Travis McMillian; five grandchildren, Landon Rose, Jaxon Rose, Dillon Dray, Kinleigh Marcum, Makenzie Mills; his siblings Jack McMillian, Diana (McMillian) Pinkerman, and Kevin (Brenda) McMillian; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friends Leroy Pauley and Merlin Smith. He was preceded in death by six brothers Steven McMillian, Donnie McMillian, Jerry McMillian, Tom McMillian, Jim McMillian, and Lee McMillian and two sisters Brenda (McMillian) Carrico and Barbara (McMillian) Spears. He had many friends who loved him he will be missed by many and all who knew him. He gave his life to the Lord. A memorial gathering will be held 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2022, with memorial service to be held at 6:30 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Minister Kenneth Petty officiating.
