Richard Lee Smith, 62, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025, at home. He was born on November 15, 1962, in Huntington, WV, to the late Collis and JoAnn Smith. He retired from Minova. He is survived by his wife Evangeline Smith; one daughter Heather (Brian) Gnadt; one son Jeffrey Smith; two grandchildren; two stepdaughters Carina Diez and Cherrie Maestrada. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
