Rick Legg, 61, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born July 16, 1959 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Linda Stewart. He is survived by his loving wife Laura McQuaid Legg; siblings DeeAnna Davis and Michael Legge; his children; and treasured grandchildren. Per his request, no services will be held.
