I always struggled with school, it could be anything to do with school. I loved being in his class it was fun and relaxing. His work seemed easy to me and I’m grateful for that because I was going through a lot at that time and he made it a bit easier he was always smiling or cracking jokes leaving a smile on my face and others. He was my favorite teacher in my sophomore year and he always will be. I remember asking for butterscotch candy and he’d give me one even when he wasn’t supposed to hand them out sometimes. I remember him talking about his family and brothers a lot. I listened every time he spoke, I was never bored or bothered. I want to give my condolences to his family and friends, students, players. He was an amazing sweet funny soul. He will always be watching over us and I know he’s proud of each and every one of you. I love you Mr Halcombe, may you rest in peace. Mr halcombe was my Mrs honey and he will always be that. This is so heartbreaking to hear I just found this out and wanted to send this message I really wished I could of gone to the high school for his celebration but unfortunately I didn’t know.
