Robert Allen Brammer's Obituary
ROBERT ALLEN BRAMMER, 70, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 8, 2014, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Gandy officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Robert was born November 8, 1943, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Julian and Daisy Brammer. He was a multiple Golden Glove Champion fighting out of Huntington, WV. He retired from Owens-Illinois and GKN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Brammer. Robert is survived by his wife, Linda Brammer; his daughter and son-in-law, Annika and Ryan Turvey of Ashland, KY; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Shawn and Jennifer Brammer of Huntington, WV, Todd Maynard and his fianc, Sara Watts of Huntington, WV, and Zachary Brammer of Huntington, WV; seveb grandchildren, Billy Smith, Jacob Miller, Brevin Turvey, Layla Maynard, Kayla Maynard, Maddie Slash, and Donte Slash; and various nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Monday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, OH. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.schneidergriffin.com.
