Robert "Ray" Hartman, 68, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Kings Daughter's Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Born on August 22, 1955, in Logan, OH, he was the son of Mona Marie Funk and the late Robert Lee Hartman. Ray retired from Fletcher's Mining. He is survived by his mother, Mona Gordon of Logan, OH; children, Brandon Hartman of Huntington, WV, Erica Hartman of Charlotte, NC, and their mother, Kathy Hartman of Huntington, WV, and his brother, David (Gerry) Hartman of Logan, OH. A Celebration of Ray's Life will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH.
