Robert Lee Johnson, Sr. 1936 - 2017
Robert Lee Johnson, Sr., 80, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Thursday May 4, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born July 12, 1936 in Huntington, WV son of the late Oscar and Druzella Caldwell Johnson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers Richard, Eugene, June Alfred, Scotty; and four sisters Ernestine, Elizabeth, Lucille and Audrey. He is survived by his wife Betty Lou Cline Johnson; one son Robert Lee, Jr (Roxanne) Johnson; one daughter Michelle (Ed) Francisco; seven grandchildren Robert (Shanna), Melissa (Jeremiah), Jason (Cathy), Tiffany (Brian), Tyler, Brandon (Amber) and Joseph (Nichi); 18 great grandchildren; two brothers Billy Joe(Glida) and John (Betty) Johnson; one sister Peggy(Bill) Mullins; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
