Robert Michael McCormick's Obituary
Robert "Rob" Michael McCormick, 68, of Proctorville, Ohio went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2022, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by family. Robert was a faithful man, surrendering his life to the Lord. He was an independent contractor, doing concrete jobs all around the country. Robert was born on February 19, 1954, to the late Damer and Edna McCormick. He is also preceded in death by six brothers Greg, Larry, Tim, Rick, Bud, and Chuck McCormick, two sisters Sharon Walters and Charlotte Marsh, and several nephews, one niece, and a host of many others. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Vickie McCormick, son Robbie McCormick, three daughters Christie and Angie McCormick, Tonya (Matthew) Morgan, brother Gary (Theresa) McCormick, six sisters Rita (Mike) Murphy, Kathy (David) Browning, Joyce (Mike) Clark, Carol Myers, Alice McCormick, and Brenda (Donald) Ferguson, three grandchildren Jayden McCormick, Jacob Morgan, and Emily (Levi) Wilds, one great granddaughter Emma Wilds, two honorary grandsons Billy and Dakota Adkins. He is also survived by a host of Family and friends who love him beyond words explanation. Pallbearers will be Robbie McCormick, Gregory Bentley, Gary McCormick, Billy Adkins, Dakota Adkins, Greg Walters, Chance Adkins, and Timmy Adkins. Services will be conducted at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio, by Brother Mike Hambrick. Services will be on Thursday May 12 at 2:00 PM with the visitation starting an hour before. Condolences to the family may be expressed at ehallfuneralhome.com
