Robert “Rob” Eugene Martin II, 62, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at home. Born on May 18, 1962, in Ashland, KY, he was the son of the late Robert Eugene and Julia Mae Potter Martin. He is survived by his children, Jacob Martin, Meagan Lusher, and Robert Casto-Martin; grandchildren, Abigaile Stephens, Elias Lusher, Theodore Lusher, Annalisa Martin, Ziare Martin, and Julius Martin; sisters, Angela Hinson and Kristy Mayo; nieces, Amanda Jackson, Stephanie Huffman, Courtney Matthews, and Heather Mayo. Rob was an avid UK fan and a coffee connoisseur. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
