Rocky Lane Scarrett, 63, of Crown City, Ohio passed away at home with fianc Beverly Vance and sister Pam Congrove by his side on Thursday, September 17, 2020. He was born September 14, 1957 in Gallipolis, Ohio son of the late Paul and Jessie Burns Scarrett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Scarrett; and two sisters, Donna Miller and Carolyn Davis. He is survived by his children, Amanda Scarrett of Columbus, Ohio, Wanda May (Joe Pierce) of Piketon, Ohio, Billy (Mary) Rife of Piketon, Ohio, Linda (Clayton) Little of Ironton, Ohio and Roberta Orsbon of Johnson City, TN; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three brothers Robert Davis, Larry Davis (Mary Betts) and Paul Frank Scarett; and two sisters Sonda Meredith and Pam Congrove (Tim Burgess). Per his wishes, no services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
