Roger W. Lilly, 73, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born November 17, 1945 in Cabell County, WV son of the late Daniel and Iva Evans Lilly. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran. He worked as a car salesman. A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
