Roger Ray Rucker's Obituary
Roger Ray Rucker, 62, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. He was born on January 25, 1958 to the late Robert R. and Iva Edwards Rucker. In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother Ricky R. Rucker and his young son who he missed and loved dearly Roger Ray Rucker Jr. Roger is survived by his wife Tammy Sue Rucker; children Jonathon Ray Rucker, Robert (Natalie) Woodyard, Steven (Renee) Woodyard, and Melissa Woodyard; a bunch of grandkids; his brother Randy (Sue) Rucker; sisters Debra White, Rhonda Rucker Hill, and Betty (Mark) Timmons; and sister-in-law Linda Rucker. Roger was a dedicated employee of Arricks Propane. On his days off work, Roger could be found riding his ATV with his friends or spending time with his family. Roger loved his ice cream and cheering on his football teams. Roger will be missed dearly. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
