I was hoping to see a photo to confirm, but I believe this may be the Roger Ruggles that was once a Century 21 Brooks Wells Enterprises' REALTOR. We were thrilled for Roger when he won the lottery (nice to know someone who actually won) and bought his RV. That was many years ago. We have fond memories of Roger and are so sorry for your loss. Prayers for comfort and peace.
