Ronald Hobert Harmon's Obituary
Ronald Hobert Harmon, 73, of Byrdstown, TN formerly of Proctorville, OH passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at his residence. He was born August 6, 1950, in Huntington, WV to Clovis Harmon and Georgia (Chambers) Harmon. He was a former natural gas pipeline worker with Columbia Gas.Ronald is survived by one daughter JoAnn Combs (Brian), a sister Phyllis Shelton (Tice) and one brother Ricky Harmon and his grandson Braxton Combs. He also leaves behind one niece Heather Brown, two nephews, Ricky Harmon and James Harmon, and many many very loving special friends.Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Clovis and Georgia Harmon. Also, one brother Virgil Harmon and a sister Darlene Plymale.Ronald was an Army Veteran and an avid fisherman. One of Ronald's passions in life was watching his daughter, JoAnn out on the field playing softball.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 1:00pm, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the funeral home. A burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Huntington, WV.
