She was born on April 14, 1940, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Irvin and Alma Fields. She lived a life marked by love, adventure, and a generous heart that touched everyone who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hubert George Lowe; her cherished daughter, Deborah Lee Burcham; and her siblings, Olen Fields, Dolly Foster, Okey Fields, Ruby Jones, Eva Fields, Glenis Fields, Millie Lowe, and Hermia Jones.
She is survived by her loving sister, Jean Street of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Pam Lowe of Corning, Arkansas; her two granddaughters, Jodi and Evan Hall of Proctorville, Ohio, and Jessica and Jared Fox of Athens, Ohio; four great grandchildren, Isla Hall, Thomas Fox, Ella Rose Fox, and Elora Hall, who were the light of her life and brought her immeasurable joy.

She retired after many years of dedicated service as a CVS pharmacy technician, where she was known for her kindness, strong work ethic, and warm smile.
Affectionately known as “Mawmaw,” “Rose,” “Junebug,” or “Rosie Posie,” Rosa had a radiant and unforgettable personality and a heart to match. She had natural ability to make people feel welcome and loved.
The kitchen was her sanctuary. Rosa baked with love and always made more food than anyone could possibly need, but exactly as much as everyone wanted. Feeding others was one of the many ways she showed her love, and anyone who was lucky enough to eat one of her meals can tell you it felt like a hug from the inside.
The beach was her happy place, and she cherished traveling and going on adventures. Rosa believed deeply in living life to the fullest and rarely sat still, always eager for the next experience, laugh, or memory.
