Rose Lorraine Kipping's Obituary
Rose Lorraine Kipping, 83, of Chesapeake, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington W.Va. Visitation will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, January 25th, 2019, followed by funeral services at 5 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio, Pastor Terry Wagner officiating. Rose was born on February 28th, 1935, a daughter of the late Roy Houston Robison and Etta Belle Osborn. Rose was an avid golfer and a member of Tri-State Worship Center in South Point, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her late husband and love of her life, John A Kipping, Sr, and a daughter, Dixie Dual. Rose is survived by her children Lynn Short of Monett, Missouri, Rock Dual of Moline, Illinois, Kandice (Bill) Rowe of Chesapeake, Ohio, John (Margie) Kipping, Jr. of Chesapeake, Ohio; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren; and a very special friend, Joy Hensley Trosper of South Point, Ohio.
