I only had the pleasure of meeting Rose one time. She was attending the Fruth Pharmacy awards banquet where her son Jeff was being recognized. Jeff chose to bring his mother as his plus one. My first thought was that the two of them must have a very sweet relationship. She brought me a copy of books that she had authored. She was an interesting lady and she was very proud of her son and his award, and she was so very gracious. I extend my sympathy to her sons, Rustin and Jeff and all the extended family from everyone who work with Jeff at Fruth Pharmacy as well as all the customers that he helps so much.

Rose was my dad's (Bill's) sister. They all called her Sis, so she was known as Aunt Sis to me. Just a few days ago, my son fell asleep with his head in my lap while watching a movie, so I gently played with his hair. I wrote this haiku the next morning and mailed it to Aunt Sis in the hospital. I'm not sure if she got it in time. Massaging my son's head; remembering Aunt Sis massaging my head

Sis.... you will be missed. Say hi to Mom, Dad, Glenn and the others who have gone before you. Your new reality will include plenty of Roses everywhere you look and many books to write of adventure and intrigue where the last chapters will attest to your creativity and artistic talents to an awaiting audience. Know that you were loved and your heavenly travels will be a happy journey and will be a complement to the way you lived your life with energy and to the fullest.

she was a very sweet lady gone to miss seeing her

Rosemarie was my sister. I will miss her dearly. We were best of friends. When I think back to when we were growing up I remember a lot of special moments. She had several books published and I read every one of them. She was a remarkable woman. I loved her so much. Everyone always called her Sis. Love you Sis. You will always be in my thoughts.
