Rosie was one special kind of lady. She was always opinionated and spending time with her was like riding a roller coaster. She lived with a good heart and did so much for so many people. I would like to share a little about my life with Rosie. I was told by Kathy (my wife) that you just have to be patient with Rosie's ups and downs. When I first met her at the Chesapeake Flea Market she referred to me as that boy. Throughout the years Rosie and I had our disagreements and I always thought she didn't really like me. When we came in for a visit the week before, one day, Rosie called me over. She took my hand and started squeezing it and told me she was playing hand war with me. Eventually she threw her hands up in the air and said 'I won!' - and I said 'Yeah, Rosie you won!'. A couple days after that she again called me over to her bed she took my hand and asked if I forgave her. I said theres nothing to forgive and not to worry. I looked up at her eyes and she said she thought I didn't like her and she wanted me to forgive her for being so mean all this time. She squeezed my hand and asked again if I forgave her. It was then that I realized she really needed me to forgive her. I told her that for whatever she felt I needed to forgive her for she was forgiven. It was then that she told me that she loved me. I only wish we had more time together after our 'understanding' of each other. Rosie I will always miss you and yes, I love you!
