Roy "Wayburn" Adkins, 63, of Scottown, OH, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Holzer Medical Center, Jackson, OH. He was born on April 11, 1961, to Roy and Melissa Adkins. Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Trinity Freewill Baptist Church, with Pastor Chris Johnson officiating the service. Burial will follow the service at Donahoe Memorial Gardens, Wilgus, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
