Roy Lee Ruggles, Jr. 44, of South Point, Ohio passed away Monday April 20, 2020 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. He was born October 21, 1975 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by a brother Jeffrey Ray Ruggles. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Linda (Tom) Kay of South Point, Ohio; father Roy Ruggles of Chesapeake, Ohio; son Tyler Watts; sisters Jennifer Bias of Chesapeake and Mary Kay of South Point, Ohio; brothers Rodney Ruggles of Chesapeake and Tommy Ruggles.
