Russell Donald Cremeans, Jr. 1964 - 2017 Russell Donald Cremeans, Jr., 53, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Saturday September 23, 2017 at home. He was born June 14, 1964 in Huntington, WV to the late Russell Cremeans and Dolores Barry. He is survived by his wife Celena Cremeans; two sons Bryan and Brandon Cremeans; three grandchildren Madison Delawder, Rileigh Cremeans, and Remi Cremeans; two sisters Penny Cremeans and Lorretta Adkins; two nephews Todd and Scott Bailey; and four nieces Bretney Bills, Breanna Cremeans, Kayla Adkins, and Adrienah Carter. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday September 27, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.
