Ruth Eloise Cyrus' Obituary
Ruth Cyrus, 84, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away on August 20, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering. Ruth loved playing bingo, spending time with her family, and playing a game of cards. Ruth traveled across the country and enjoyed the red rocks of the southwest, the sound of the ocean splashing against the rocky west coast, watching the boats sail in New England, and horse and buggy rides in Alaska. She always found a way to smile and laugh and knew how to enjoy life. There will be a private family service for Ruth on Friday, August 23 at Forest Memorial Park in Milton, WV. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Emogene Dolen Jones Hospice House or the National Kidney Foundation. Condolences maybe expressed online at ehallfuneral.com.
