Ruth Frances Kelley's Obituary
Ruth Frances Kelley, 87, of Willow Wood, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Friday March 16, 2018 at River's Bend Health Care in South Point, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Edith Tomlinson Waller; her husband, Ray Kelley; one granddaughter, two great-great grandsons and one great grandson. Ruth is survived by three children, Naomi Thompson, Paul (Sandy) Kelley and Barbara (Randy) Wilson; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Jim Beals at 2pm on Tuesday March 20, 2018 at Schneider-Hall Funeral Home in Chesapeake, Ohio. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Getaway Cemetery in Getaway, Ohio.
