Ryan Lee Richards, 34, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022, in Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born May 8, 1987, in Newark, Ohio. Ryan is survived by his parents, Fred (Steph) Richards of Scottown, Ohio and Beth Richards of Proctorville, Ohio; finance' Jackee Walters of Proctorville, Ohio; one daughter Marlee Richards and her mother Amanda Richards; one sister Lindsey Richards (Brandon Carpenter); and two nieces, Emma and Payton Carpenter. He retired from the U.S. Navy. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
