Samantha E. Polito-Adkins, 46, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away Friday, February 16, 2018. She was born September 25, 1971 in Franklin, PA. She is survived by her husband, Bob Adkins; two daughters Kayla Duncan and Emily Duncan; and a sister Deborah Polito. She worked as an emergency room RN at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. A gathering of family and friends will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
