Samuel Douglas Early, 64, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born on November 23, 1956, in Huntington, WV, to the late Harry "Bones" Early Jr. and Margaret "Sis" Hatten. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Dee Corns Early; two sons Brandon Early and Mike Heady; one daughter Samantha Early; two grandchildren Ian and Lea Early; one brother Howard (Deb) Early; one sister Debbie (James) McCloud; brothers-in-law whom he thought of as brothers Mark and Kelly, Bill and Carrie, Jim and Melinda, and Jack and Kelly Corns; sisters-in-law Mary Bailey and Robin Murphy; special friend Gary McCoy; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor James Wells officiating. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
