Samuel Roosevelt Howard Jr., 82, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Sunday May 21, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Howard,Sr. and Margret Walker Howard. He is survived by seven children, Phil (Tammy) Howard, Dave (Judith) Howard, Jeff (Dave) Howard, Dana Howard, Debbie Howard, Sam (Beth) Edward and Tom Edward; sixteen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren. A private family service will be held at Schneider-Hall funeral home in Chesapeake, Ohio.
