Sandra Lee Patton's Obituary
Sandra "Sandy" Lee Patton, 66, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday January 3, 2020 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Sandy was born August 12, 1953 in Buffalo, NY to the late Joseph and Maude Anger Sorrentino. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Joe Sorrentino. Sandy traveled and lived in many places during her life but she was reunited with her husband Mark Patton that she married August 12, 2019. Their time together was short but they shared so much in this time, from cruises, relocating from Nashville, TN to Proctorville, Ohio to be closer to family, many laughs, and meeting new friends and neighbors. She never had children of her own but she loved her stepdaughter as her own, Jennifer Palmer; as well as her niece Toni Sorrentino (Larry). She acquired three more daughters Wendy (Paul) Short, Nicole (Michael) Graham, and Michelle Patton; and many grandkids. She was a loving mom to her fur baby Harley. Sandy loved plants, to cook, and animals. She had many special friends that celebrated life with her. She will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday January 7, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, KY. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday January 7, 2019 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sandys name to Pitiful Paws Rescue, 1020 County Road 35 Chesapeake, Ohio.
